Itosugi Kappo Cuisine offers a delightful dining experience. The chefs, despite being young, have a promising future. The menu features dishes such as perilla leaf sea urchin tempura, sweet shrimp, and tuna belly, all served with a delicious miso ice cream. The omakase experience is excellent value for the price, with fresh seafood and a variety of ingredients like toro and uni. While some details, such as the rice and seasoning, require fine-tuning, overall, the restaurant provides a very good experience.
