another very very good restaurant which closes victim of Covid. I followed his team from Fuel then Refuel on 4th avenue before being Campagnolo. I will always remember a prime rib of beef cooked under vacuum to perfection with a marrow bone sauce .... to die for. seasonal wild mushrooms served with meat that the boss chose carefully and aged, homemade cold cuts on the 1st floor and yes it has become so rare, from pizzas, pasta to deserts. But their incessant work, the search for quality was destroyed with the arrival of the Covid. I am sad for the Chef, the manager and the owner with his team ... a good restaurant which disappears, it did not deserve this while others continue in mediocrity, ease, lack of culinary research. ... that he resuscitates quickly, that's all I can wish them. Courage and good luck. A Parisian from Vancouver.

Fantastic experience at Campagnolo this weekend. We were celebrating a birthday and they were incredibly thoughtful and accommodating of my party— organizing the family-style tasting menu in advance so my guests weren't looking at prices and giving us a comfortable table where our group could chat. Everyone loved the food and all the guests commented on how friendly and attentive the staff were. We've found a new go-to restaurant for family celebrations.

Mouthwatering delicious Italian cuisine served here even though it’s considered on the pricey side. Service was great. I had dinner once at their other location (Campagnolo Roma) which has been permanently closed for quite some time. I had truly enjoyed and impressed with the food there. I was left with a great memory. Here at Campagnolo, they deliver the same quality dining experience. I will certainly be back and recommend it to anyone I know.

Very attentive team supporting our 15 guests for a bday dinner. Great food and fun.

Had been to Bodega next doors multiple times but here's our first, and probably last visit. Came in for Valentine's at 6 and there were only a few tables here and there but as the night progresses more patrons started coming in however when we left around 8 the place still wasn't packed. For $80/couple it's really not bad for Valentine's night but i think it really comes down to the quality of food you're getting which they delivered half-heartedly. The starters, oysters and beef tartare (surcharge), were excellent and set our expectations quite high for the rest of the evening. However things started to crumple from there on with the polenta cake being all dry and flavorless and hands-down the definite lowlight of the entire meal. So i guess you do get what you pay for. Sigh

Came here for dine out ($35 menu) with friends. The food was good and I love the meatballs with spaghetti Pomodoro. The polenta cake dessert was phenomenal. My only issue was with the long wait time between the appetizer and main course (about 20-30 min wait). This was an issue I noticed in other tables too, which I suspect may be due to doing both dine out and non dine out menu.

Went for the dine out menu. One of our appetizers was a little salty, but the waiter got us a different one to accomodate. Great service. Appetizers and the desserts were different and unique. The main course was also very satisfying!

Dine Out Vancouver 2020 Once we figured out where Campagnolo was located we were a little skeptical as the area has a rough reputation. However, we were very pleasantly surprised when we were greeted by our very friendly host. We were seated and introduced to our server Matthew/Freddy, he was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable and was able to describe the dishes in such a way that of course, we had to try. We had the Crispy Ceci (a deliciously filling fried chickpea dish tossed in lemon and chili) and the wild mushroom veloute - let me tell you, this was absolutely outstanding - would be equally great in a bowl on a cold winter's day. For our entrees we chose the Strozzapreti Bolognese - the pasta was perfectly prepared and the meat sauce was delicious. We also ordered the spaghetti Pomodoro (meatballs extra - but worth every dollar) For dessert we had both the BC Blueberry & Polenta Cake and Dark Chocolate Torte. We were more than impressed with how wonderful everything was presented but more importantly how delicious every dish tasted. The service was attentive and unobtrusive, Matthew/Freddy - thank you for your outstanding service, we had a lovely evening.

My wife and I dined at Campagnolo during Dine Out Vancouver. We both opened with the mushroom veloutte which is a perfect start on a cold winter day. We both chose a pasta entree and were very happy with our choices. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and i do mean perfectly. Oft times pasta can be overcooked but both entrees were just right. Add the meatballs if you order spaghetti. I would also recommend the wine pairings. They were well thought out, expertly described by our server and generous pours.

Ask for Luigi's had an 1 1/2 hour wait so we came here... Street parking wasn't too bad but there are a bunch of eateries nearby so if can be tough. Pros: -Nice and warm restaurant with super friendly servers. -The bruschetta wasn't typical but a nice dish. -The Bolognese was really tasty and the noodles were prepared nicely! Cons: -Very small portions, I left feeling comfortable and not completely satisfied. -Their tiramisu was supposed to be amazing... I left wanting more because it was super light and felt like I was eating a bowl of espresso & whipped cream.

When you walk by, there’s Campagnolo and there’s another door beside it. Try that one and you’ll find it leads you to Campagnolo Upstairs. It’s a cocktail bar with a limited bar menu. You’ll be glad you took this door as it has some great eats and a happy hour drink menu that extends longer. I had their daily special drink of a negroni as well as ordering some food. The Dirty Bird burger was excellent. It reminded me of a childhood McDonald’s burger (in a good way). Did I just say that?!? Just a great combination of flavours and exactly what you want a burger to taste like. We also had the chicken sandwich which was a great choice. Chicken was just a tad bit salty but was great. Last was some poutine to wash it all down. Yes, the gravy was responsible for the washing... and clogging the arteries along with the cheese. A solid dish and overall a meal that hit the spot. FYI the price point was great to have such an excellent meal.

Lovely quiet bar especially on the second floor. Really friendly staff and decent affordable food, as well as some fancier options. Wine is their specialty but they also have a respectable array of beers and cocktails!

this is one of our restaurants that we frequent twice yearly.. we always find free parking along the side roads just off Main Street... we decided to go to the 2nd floor location for its casual atmosphere.. the staff welcomed us with a very friendly greeting and we enjoyed the happy hour tasting and ordered a tasty hamburger and Risotto with mushrooms..
