About Carthage Cafe

Carthage Cafe is a restaurant known for its excellent and communicative server, as well as its friendly and possibly female owner. The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy and welcoming, making it a great "hidden gem" spot for any dining experience. The cafe offers couscous, which is very tasty but served in a slightly different way than one might expect. Unfortunately, there were some issues with unavailable dishes, such as couscous with halibut and mussels, due to a possible set menu that was not previously communicated. The restaurant also seemed to be quite busy on Valentine's Day. Despite these hiccups, the server's presentation and communication skills, as well as the availability of good wine, contributed to a generally positive experience. The belly dancer added a fun element to the evening, although it did go on for a bit long.
