Great desserts! Amazing pastries made onsite!

Clean, affordable, cute, the shop is my favorite. I used to work in an law corporation office at the shopping mall, and I would leave really late sometimes... and there was a cat or two always looking through the window, everyday, while working here they made my days better. I came after 3 years, it's still the same adorable place, excellent service.

Absolutely fun experience to go with a friend or two! I really enjoyed the whimsical kitties and how calm the space was, being able to interact with the cats overall had been positive. Would come again! <3

I visited Catfé today, and the whole vibe was incredibly cozy. The cats were so friendly and curious—they came right over for pets and cuddles! It felt like such a relaxing, joyful break from the day.

Everything is super cozy and the cats are super friendly. It's a nice place to wind down with a cup of tea and relax. It's really nice to know that there is a little space just for the shy cats.

My husband and I adopted our beautiful and very spicy ( tortie) cat from here and fell in love with the whole experience. The amount of care they provide their cats is very apparent . They have rules for entering their space to respect the needs of the cats and safety of visitors.

When interested in adopting, the process was super detailed with inquiry ( as it should be). And it made me feel a lot more confident with my decision.

You’re also able to foster through the heart and soul foundation which they are aligned with . Fostering is always needed and can be a massive benefit for you to figure out if you want to adopt or not.

Overall, a great experience. The staff is wonderful , super accommodating and very friendly 💛😻

Having been to a couple of cat cafes in Japan, it is easy to say this is the best cat cafe experience I have ever had. Staff was super friendly and the cats a very well socialized.

Always a nice time to visit here! definitely scan the QR code in the elevator lobby on your way up for free parking if you park in the building. also try to show up like five minutes early cause they’ll give you a little talk at the beginning and you only have 1h.

Been there yesterday for first time.. the experience was lit… the cats r very social and r kept very nicely… it is a great place for cat and coffee lovers❣️

An amazing place with a bunch of cute cat of many different colors and ages, I’ll recommend you go during the day 3-5 because at the end of the day they are tired and sleepy I went arround 7 and I couldn’t play to much with them because they were sleeping. Make sure to follow the rules to keep them happy

Great little shop with items for cat lovers and items and treats for the cats themselves. We got a scoop for our litter that is an improvement from the plastic one we were using. And of course we spent some time with the kitties who were mostly sweet and loving. We were understanding of the one that did get a little fiesty with us though because we sympathize that it might get to be a bit much having so many new people come to pet and play with you all day every day until your adoption. Most of the cats were pending their adoption so it gave us hope that they don't have to wait around too long like that at least. And obviously it would mostly be a good experience to have people loving you so much, just might get to be too much at some points.

My daughters and I like going, but I personally find the price to be with the cats somewhat high.
