Great staff, cute cats! The cats are so sweet and calm, you’re not allowed to pick them up but that doesn’t ruin the experience, they jump right into your lap. ✨🥰 I even got a hair roller at the end for the perfect experience! ❤️ 100% Recommend!
Lots of cats who are all clearly used to people and plenty of places for them to escape to if they want to be left alone. My only suggestion would be to go earlier in the day as we went late afternoon and most of the cats were clearly quite tired of people by that point.
The cats were so cute & the staff were really friendly! My iced coffee drink also had cat ears 💕
A strange place in a strange shopping mall.
It’s more like a pet store than a café — a separate enclosed area where you can pet cats for 16 CAD.
Love the cats!
Lots of lovely cats with different personalities. It was fun hanging out with them. With the clean and well lit area, and friendly staff, it was worth it 💕
Great experience! The cookies & cream cookie with a hot chocolate is so good. The cats are very affectionate! Good times.
The cats are so cute!!
I enjoy every visit, there's so many cats everywhere.
I had a great experience at the Catfe. When I visited for the first time, I didn’t realize that the café itself is separate from the cat area. It was very clean in both spaces.
The cats were adorable, although when we went in the afternoon, they seemed to be in their napping stage and weren’t very active. Next time, I’d love to visit during their first session in the morning when they might be more energetic.
The overall vibe was really chill and pleasant. You can order drinks from the café, and they’ll bring them into the cat area for you. On the café side, there’s also a cute selection of cat-themed merchandise and toys.
I ordered a latte, which came with an adorable cat art, a lovely touch that made the experience even more special.

The cats didn't interact at all, even when coaxing them with toys. The cats basically ignored unless we gave treats. Spent the whole time just standing there, so we left early. I wouldn't come back. Very expensive for the lack of experience.
great cat cafe, they had a ton of cats and all seemed super happy, friendly, and healthy!
Hard not to adopt one! They’re all so adorable and well socialized. Nice open space, good food and friendly staff.
Absolutely loved my visit to this charming cat café! 🐾 The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, with soft music and warm lighting that made it feel like a little escape from the city. The cats were friendly, well cared for, and full of personality—each one had its own charm! 🐱
The staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure both guests and kitties were comfortable. I really appreciated the cleanliness and calm vibe throughout. The drinks and snacks were also delicious—perfect pairing for some kitty cuddles.
If you’re a cat lover or just looking for a unique, heartwarming experience, this place is a must-visit. Can’t wait to come back again soon!
Cats seemed well cared for and the place was very large. There were plenty of cats, but because we visited later in the day, a lot were sleeping. The entry price was fair. The macarons were not very good, but apart from the food it was an enjoyable experience.
