This was a highlight on our family visit to Vancouver. Great concept to spend time with many cats while enjoying a coffee or bubble teas. The young people loved it. We love that it helps socialize the cats for adoption. The hostess that brought us into the room was very clear on her safety and sanitation instructions. She also was knowledgeable about the individual personalities of each cat.

Most of the cats weren’t really friendly and would scratch you if you approach it. I went in and not even two seconds later I got scratched I’m honestly quite disappointed cause we pretty much spent money to go inside and just to get scratched by cats. The staff was quite nice and did let us know that there was numerous cats who weren’t friendly but other than that they didn’t really do much to help us interact with the cats

Has come a long way since they first originally open. Team really cares. Great space to meet new cats. Also order my cat food from here. They have a great rewards program and have always been good holding on my orders even when I collect them late.
