Such a fun and cozy place to go, the staff is super nice and helpful and I always have a great experience here! It’s one of my favorite places in Vancouver! Whenever friends or family are visiting Vancouver, Catoro is my first suggestion :)
Delicious drinks and amazing furry little friends. Great little afternoon activity. The cats were all lovely, staff were warm and friendly. Would definitely go back to visit:)
Service was excellent. Friendly owner(s)/staffs and a nice cat café. Adorable mews. Would be great if the admission fee is a bit lower.
Fresh, delicious sweets and a perfectly satisfying coffee.
Well decorated place, staff are super nice, cats are obviously amazing
Such a beautiful place with some very playful kitties 💛
Had SUCH a wonderful time here! We went around 2 and majority of the cats were sleeping but they soon woke up and were running around playing. They are all so well taken care of and the staff here are just absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful time learning about the kitties, playing with them and enjoying a declicious tea at the same time.
Not to mention they have some of the cutest cat merch I have ever seen! Keep up the great work - you guys rock!
Absolute gem in East Vancouver. A must go for all cat lovers.
We had booked in advance; however, when we arrived, there were several other people booked for the same slot. There ended up being 10-12 people inside with the cats, all at once. The space was not big enough for this many guests.
While there were rules to not pick up the cats or wake the ones who were sleeping, I cannot help but wonder if this level of stimulation is safe for the cats all day, every day. Some of the guests were pushing the toys in cats' faces even when they were obviously not interested, or bothering the ones who were asleep. Of course, staff are not responsible for guest behavior, but still.
Speaking of which, not all of the cats were properly socialized for human interaction. One of them bit me when I tried to pet her.
I understand that this is a space that's for socializing the cats and facilitating their adoption, and that is admirable. But dealing with such large groups back to back can't be good for the cats, especially when guests come in with the expectation to interact with them. Also, the space is way too small for booking this many guests at once. It's stressful for everyone.
I love the cute cats and bubble tea!
