Great place to get you banh mi fix!
Absolutely love their food and iced coffee.
I always appreciate their vegan options! Their banhmi have a fresh baguette and is loaded with ingredients, and it always tastes yummy and fresh. Ba Le is also sharing the space with Hanoi Drip, so its nice having some amazing viet coffee on the side.
My only downside is that it's a little more of a fast food restaurant vibe than a cafe.
Also side note, the meat banh mis have pate in them, and i hear it is a sign of an authentic banh mi😂

Ba Le Deli & Bakery (Mt.Pleasant) offers a vibrant experience. The grilled pork banh mi and grilled pork bowl are a fantastic value, with generous portions. The menu has tons of veg options, including the spicy chicken vegetarian bahn mi and lemongrass chicken bowl. The tofu bahn mi was ok. The best pate and mayo never disappoints. The place smells insane as they make the bread in house. The black sesame latte and Saigon oat latte provide a delightful and unique complement. Friendly staff. The location is smaller than the Richmond one. They do take credit card.
