I have been a loyal Chatime customer for over three years, and my go-to drink has always been the Pearl Milk Tea. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the drink I was served was disappointing. The staff member who prepared it seemed rushed, completing the order in less than a minute, and the drink did not meet your usual high standards. The taste was subpar, and the preparation appeared to lack care, as even the ice was not added properly.

I recently visited Chatime on West Broadway. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient while I took my time deciding from their selection of bubble teas. The teas are rich in flavour and they also have fresh ingredients which is nice. What really stood out was how they catered to my preferences. I could adjust the sweetness and ice level, which made the drink feel totally customized to my taste. It’s those little touches that make Chatime such a delightful place to visit.
Whether you're a bubble tea lover or trying it for the first time, Chatime on West Broadway is definitely worth a visit.

I generally like Chatime and I have been to this location multiple times. However, the quality of the tea here is inconsistent, ranging from good to very watery. Good if you need a quick fix but I wouldn’t recommend this location.

This store owner Alex is very kind man. He really went above and beyond for a pickup order. Some dude stole a very expensive order and the store made it twice while getting paid only once. He even offered me a free drink. I have not seen such a generous and loving person in vancouver for a long time. Really appreciate you brother, take care.
