Drink turns bad like instantly. Must have provided late overdue material. Has yo throw away the whole drink. Guess thats a birthday drink so it shouldn't complain about it? Especially the weird taste with overdue material inside that makes the drink sour, the portion was extremely small due to i ask for to ice? Probably have to remember this experience and dont visit anymore

I love coming here for bubble tea! All the staff are always kind and helpful, even when I come 10 minutes before closing... I'm so sorry... Alex is especially awesome! He's super chill and he makes my drinks very quickly. I'm basically out of the shop within 3 minutes :) The bubble tea itself is yummy. I enjoy trying out the new flavours and promotions. I prefer the slushies, but my favourite Blink Blush special edition is no longer available :( Anyways! I definitely recommend coming here :)

I went in today, and there was a sign saying they was understaffed. It was evident that the only staff member (sorry, didn’t get a name) was working extremely hard & diligently to upkeep mobile orders as well as in store customer orders.

I forgot to ask for less sugar and ice. They remade my drink at no cost and let me keep the old drink too

Staff does not package Uber eats orders well. There is no point in paying extra for crema or any sort of layered drinks as they are purposefully placed on their side, causing the drink to mix. This has happened multiple times to many of my orders.
Update: The most recent incident was on June 7th, order DAEE2. I have complained to Uber and they say that it is not their responsibility as the drink was poorly packaged.
Placing a drink upright in a big paper bag with no cup holder will cause the drink to tip. Please invest in cup holders or deliver the drink without a bag to avoid the layers from mixing. I enjoy chatime so this is very disappointing to me.
