We got there at 1:30pm. Got a high table but the draft was making it too windy. Asked to change and was led to a booth. There was no one serving and after awhile, the supervisor or manager (not in black) came over and asked if anyone had helped us, we said no. He took our orders of drinks (water & sangria). We waited another 10minutes and we then just grabbed someone walking by and she said she will be back after she put down her trays. She never came back. Then the manager came...read full review
