Not sure what all the bad reviews are about… I’ve come here many times throughout the past 5 years and i’ve had a good experience everytime! Great that the seating area is open now :)

this chat time is consistently excellent. The drinks are always fresh, well-made, and perfectly balanced—not overly sweet like some other bubble tea places. The manager Sharon and her team are friendly, efficient, and patient, even during busy hours, and my orders are always accurate. The store is clean and well-organized, making it a great spot to grab a quick drink or hang out for a bit. This is definitely my go-to Chatime location. Highly recommended!

I love coming here for bubble tea!
All the staff are always kind and helpful, even when I come 10 minutes before closing... I'm so sorry... Alex is especially awesome! He's super chill and he makes my drinks very quickly. I'm basically out of the shop within 3 minutes :)
The bubble tea itself is yummy. I enjoy trying out the new flavours and promotions. I prefer the slushies, but my favourite Blink Blush special edition is no longer available :(
