Aside from the exceptional service, the food at this location is actually "Fresh." I always opt for the Oaxaca bowl and I've been to places where the rice tastes undercooked/stale, or the falafel seems like its been sitting out too long, and they never give you enough dressing, but not West Broadway! Very good service. They always greet you with a smile especially their Manager Lisa is very welcoming and helpful. Quality is top notch, they don’t compromise at all. I have my lunch everyday at Freshii (this West Broadway location) and have been loving them since. Highly recommended.
