You would at least expect fresh ingredients from a place called Freshii. Ordered a salad on Ubereats and what i received was basically a side salad, with wilted romaine lettuce! Unacceptable. It has exactly 2 slices of chicken and 2 quarter slices of mozzarella both charged extra!

I just wanted to write that I had meal vouchers from an airline because our flight was cancelled for 2 days and the Freshii refused to take the the dinner voucher. Totally ridiculous when it was a local airline meal vouchers! Not happy at all

Very good service. They always greet you with a smile especially their Manager Lisa is very welcoming and helpful. Quality is top notch, they don’t compromise at all. I have my lunch everyday at Freshii (this West Broadway location) and have been loving them since. Highly recommended.

Aside from the exceptional service, the food at this location is actually "Fresh." I always opt for the Oaxaca bowl and I've been to places where the rice tastes undercooked/stale, or the falafel seems like its been sitting out too long, and they never give you enough dressing, but not West Broadway! The portion size here is great (I can never finish it on my lunch break) and everything tastes amazing! If you're familiar with the bowls, you know they come with a sauce, and this place is always generous in that area ;) I think I can say, it's the best Freshhi location in Vancouver.

I was feeling guilty one nice sunny day from being somewhat of a mad carnivore for a couple previous days, and hoped to ease that guilt by going big with the green stuff. Where else would you go for that. You see a freshii sign....with a clean and spartan interior just at the exact moment of the most intense guilt, so you go inside and say something like....I'll have an $11 salad with a bunch of lush, leafy green lettuce leaves with brown untrimmed stems.Well, I could taste more of that brown, stem taste than the complementary garnishes could hide. I would need an awfully lot of encouragement to think about opening a freshii door, again.

Ordered the buffalo bowl. If I wasn’t so hungry and late I would have returned it. Drowned in very hot sauce so that I could barely eat it. (And I like spicy food!) Just a bunch of rice, lettuce, carrots, a couple of tiny slices of steak maybe some tomatoes….and lots and lots and lots of hot sauce. No flavor otherwise. Well, maybe there was flavor but I couldn’t tell. My first time at freshii. Also my last. City Square location. Monday Oct 31

Hands down this is the best Freshii location! 10/10Eat here and you will be so satisfied. Amazing, fast service. So delicious! Excellent portions. Super clean everywhere with plenty of seating.I ordered the Buddha Bowl with steak and it was honestly the best tasting! Sauce was just right, plenty of tender protein and the veggies, noodles and everything was served at the perfect temperature. To make things even better, the professional staff greeted me right away and was so friendly. Truly the best experience at the W. Broadway location. I also tried their smoothies and wraps on a previous visit. SO Fresh and really hits the spot.Come here and see for yourself!
