I’ve been going here for years and it’s disappointing to see that the quality has gone down so much. The recipes are watered down & they’re not even using the same Chatime cups and straws anymore. I wonder if they’re still a franchise tbh. I recommend going to the one across Langara station. The quality there is much better and consistent.

This is the worst Chatime branch I’ve ever had. First of all, the cups they use aren’t the same like the other locations and the pearls were rock hard (not soft and squishy like other Chatime locations). I ordered a large brown sugar milk tea and they gave me a small regular milk tea? I went back and ordered another brown sugar latte and it was absolutely disgusting. There was no milk foam and it tasted like regular milk. I don’t know what’s wrong with this location but it seems fake and suspicious. Don’t go here.

Really disappointed by the treatment of Mandarin-speaking customers. Staff were warm and patient with English speakers, but noticeably curt and dismissive toward those speaking Mandarin — ironic, considering the brand’s roots and the staff’s own limited English. Disheartening to see this kind of favoritism. I won’t be returning.

They said it opened at 12, but it opened like Half an hour after that and I was in a rush and couldn’t get it. One star poo service because I didn’t even get served!! unbelievable, do not recommend chatime is a waste of time

Went here once at like 6PM and they were for some reason out of regular black tea and oolong tea? The person working didn't even suggest an alternative lol. I get the sense from other visits like the staff don't really care but they are efficient and the drinks are what I expect from Chatime... Maybe slightly worse quality than other locations. It's okay in a pinch but there's other places in the area to get better BBT.
Initially when we walked in, the store appeared empty - not a customer or worker in sight. The only employee working at the time emerged from the back very obviously annoyed that we had spoiled his “phone time”. We ordered our drinks and he unwillingly made them without saying anything or making eye contact with us. After receiving my drink i quickly realized it was way sweeter than normal. We headed back and politely asked for the drink to be remade. The employee began yelling at us, saying that we should’ve specified our desired sweetness level and that it was our fault that the drink was not made correctly. I often visit different chatime locations and each time the workers ask the desired sugar and ice level, as people frequently forget to include it in their order. However, as mentioned before, this worker did not even look at us. He began to escalate the situation and would yell over us when we tried to reason with him. This situation may have been more understandable if the cafe was crowded and he was busy making other drinks however IT WAS EMPTY. Eventually we asked for a refund for the drink as we were not satisfied. To that he said no and walked away, returning to his seat in the back of the cafe on his phone. This situation could’ve easily been avoided had he just remade the drink like we asked. I can only describe his appearance, as he would not disclose his name (for obvious reasons), as a tall asian with glasses and a mask. Never have i ever had such a terrible experience at a chatime location. People that lack the maturity to deal with a simple situation such as mine, should not think they are ready to be in a working environment. hope you get fired x absolute disgrace to the chatime brand

Fairly unreliable franchisee as they close early if they’re not busy so. They’re supposed to close 10pm daily. I’d say just don’t bother coming after 8pm.

The franchise owner of this location does not care about this place at all. It might even be a money laundering operation, who knows. It's very disappointing, no wonder every time I pass by this place is empty.
Chatime in general is quite mediocre bubble tea, but this store takes the cake for being the worst Chatime in the Vancouver area. The tea is extremely watered down. Even if you ask for 30% ice they will still fill your cup with ice. Pearls are at times quite hard.
Do not trust the opening hours. I can't count how many times I've come here or driven by during business hours and this place was closed. Owner makes no effort to follow the store hours. A couple times I've been here they've closed an hour before they were supposed to.
The store itself is large, but the decor and lighting leave a lot to be desired. After like 8 PM the store attendant won't even let you into the back of the store. When I came in the summer there were flies in the back too.
Spend your $7 somewhere else. This place clearly doesn't care enough to make your money worth it for you.

Chatime brown sugar milk tea is my favorite but this location spoiled it for me. I’ve had it from many other locations and it’s delicious. Here it was just milk. It didn’t taste good at all.
