First time there. Staff were great really enjoyed it

I decided to visit the store to buy a drink. I ended up losing one of my glove at their store. I had to call them as I already left. Spoke with a person, as I lost a glove that I have been using for awhile. I called and whoever I talked to automatically said ‘They don’t do that’. I also inquired to see if they could put down my name and number if the item is found, she said no. So if a customer loses a credit card, you’re unable to help them find their belongings? I found her to be very rude and should not be in customer service.

However, I gave 2 stars as the person I spoke to AFTER, was able to write down my name and number, also with a description of my gloves. How stressful is it to be calling back after that? I would come back to buy a drink but will have to reconsider due to this issue.

Unhygienic, and the staff needs major training. While making my tea, the person dropped the lid into the dirty sink. Instead of using a clean, washed lid, she picked up the same one from the sink. When I pointed that out they were like nothing happened. 🤮
I just placed my order about 10 minutes ago, and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Service was lovely, my drink was done very well. My boyfriend ordered the hazelnut milk tea, hot, I would recommend! It's very delicious, not too sweet and perfect during the cold. Service was also lovely.

I appreciate the open seating for studying or just hanging out. Although, I miss the big couch in the corner by the sign.

It'd be great if the music can be kept at a minimum, i was starting to get overstimulated and had trouble hearing my partner as we were talking. We were directly under a speaker i realized. I would also appreciate that the barista can ask if we want toppings in the order, my partner forgot to ask for pearls but it would've helped if the question was offered.

I’ve been here a few times and the staff have been consistently unwelcoming with bad customer service. The first time the girl got my order wrong. Then she refused to correct my drink and instead insisted that I ordered it. I left unhappy and none of the staff seemed to care.
Yesterday we decided to try it out again. Arrived and there was a BIG sign right in front of the till that said “After school special, 2 large drinks for $10”. So I ordered two of the golden aged milk tea with pearls. The lady said ok and asked what level of sugar and ice I wanted. She tried to enter it into the till. She had troubles applying the special deal and then asked her colleague. They spoke in their own language and tried to figure out how to input the deal. They could not figure it out and looked confused. Then a few minutes later she looks at me and says “The special is no longer available!”. I asked her why would you advertise something on a huge sign that is not available and then told her to take the sign away so as not to confuse customers. She made no eye contact and didn't apologize at all about their false advertising. She should have honoured the deal and then removed the sign. Customer service here is definitely not their priority and their drinks are average at best. Will not be returning as there are many other bubble tea places around.

Atmosphere, music and very nice location, on the other hand, the attitude of the staff by other hand so deplorable, with a really gross attitude.
So sad because it’s my 2- time here and it didn’t feel welcoming or any empathy, they just protect that they don’t wanna be there and as a costumer it’s very uncomfortable…
Hopefully this not happens to another costumer

Terrible customer service. a male atendee acting extremely rude and passive aggresive ignoring me as a customer and acting snobbish looking away and rude. and no i am not a man hater i love men but i treat those and ask when somethings up. I greeted by two nice workers i tried to be nice introduce myself and say im a woman tell me about you then the man rudely replied "Sure". in a sarcastic way! Though i am gay i dont find this acceptable would like this man to be fired very homophobic and rude !!

Kid-friendliness: they are not friendly towards women or kids/ discriminatory place!

The tea is good but the guy who takes the order is always very rude and unpleasant to talk to. I was also disappointed that they are always out of a lot of topins which are a part of most of the drinks and they won't even let you substitute the absent topping with another one for free. In the end you are getting an incomplete drink for freaking $10. I don't think I ever got a complete drink in this exact location

#bobatime mid afternoon break to re-energize on westcoast, but I still need another coffee later ? guess still an east coast girl who lives off caffeine

the drinks ok , service minimal order then next, they weren't even busy and I even had to let them know less sugar extra usually they ask the customer, but vibe was clean simple and you're able to have a decent conversation

The male reception on the afternoon of May 4th is extremely rude. He refused to answer my wife’s question about Lychee drinks ingredient and ignored my son saying “thank you” for the macaroon. Drink was good but very disappointed with the service attitude.
