I'm not sure what's wrong with the night staff here, but they can never get your order right. Last time I ordered a drink with pearls only to go home and realize theres no pearls in it. Tonight when I ordered, i explicitly told the staff I want pearls in it, twice, and I saw him typing it into the register. But for some reason when I went home, theres no pearls in it again, when I was 100% sure he heard my order. Had to drive all the way back to fix my drink. Staff was not apologetic at all, and was talking to another staff saying I cannot add pearls like that. I don't understand why is it so hard to get pearls in this location. Basically ruin my whole night just by coming here. So unless you want to ruin your night do not come here. Save yourself trouble and find a better bbt place to go to. I'm sure never coming back here again.

My wife loves their Mango drinks, and I havehad a good experience buying them! Why, well once I changed my order 3 times, and they patiently took care of me.

This location’s drinks tastes differently..It’s not as flavourful/strong(tastes diluted), and they cheap out on toppings (very little portion) compared to other locations.

Very disappointed with Chatime. Ordered a taro smoothie with pearls. The smoothie tasted too watery and the pearls were too squishy. Ended up tossing the drink. I will not return and do not recommend to others. I wish that I had read the reviews before wasting my money at this establishment as it seems like a lot of people are not satisfied with this shop.

I was asked the same questions 4 times when staff took my order. When I got my bubble teas home, they had no “bubbles” boba in them. Taste was ok. Much better bubble tea places in Vancouver.

I ordered 3 drinks to go and was told they don't provide bags or trays. It was very hard to hold 3 cups plus umbrella in the rain. Drinkks were terrible too. Lack of flavor . All you taste is sugar. Very disappointed and will not shop there

Ordered all 6 bubbles in total and can’t believe not even one is tasty.I have these drinks in Taiwan and also in Vancouver in different stores . I am never dissatisfied and disappointed with these drinks .I ordered two roasted milk tea and they taste just like water with pearl and not much of either milk tea and can’t taste tea flavor.I ordered two milk made of fresh milk for my kinds . They normally would fight over for more . Both of them refused to drink more and ended up in garbage bin. I had a sip and it tasted like water plus water with not so chewy pearls . Also not sure why there’s a tea taste when I ordered fresh milk from Uber .I ordered grapefruit green tea without sugar. All I can taste is this cheap grapefruit syrup and I can barely taste any green tea .Don’t usually leave a review especially when bubble tea was invented where I was from . This is such a shame to call yourself bubble tea from Taiwan .Taste awful !

Servers loudly complained about customers in Cantonese calling them fussy after they had their drinks adjusted to their preferences. Didn't even care that there's a store full of customers clearly some of which can understand. Incredibly rude and disrespectful.

I have been coming to this location since it opened. The loss of the sago is the worst thing to happen to this place. The service is quick and but beware they add a little too much ice to their drinks. It is a great place to sit and chat for hours on end. And yes it does have wifi
