Unassuming Vietnamese food in the chaos of Granville Island.
I got their fresh roll and taro chips. The roll was good, but nothing special. The hand cut taro chips and its accompanying sauce made it for me. It’s a very mild spice (i think siracha) mixed with silken tofu.
Definitely a must try if you’re looking for a less visited shop in Granville.
So tasty!
Perfect lunch stop after arriving in Vancouver after lots of traveling. I got the fried rice bowl which was super fresh and full of delicious vegetables plus the lemongrass ginger broth. It was enough to save some for later too. So yummy. Being inside the market is such a fun experience too!
It was great to have a fully vegan place to eat at in Granville Island. There were quite a good few options and the portion sizes were decent.
The golden temple soup is a must try! Good portions and excellent ingredients!
Delicious vegan Vietnamese soups and bowls! Yummy coconut shake and Vietnamese coffee, and kind service. GF options labeled.
Great vegan food, very filling, nice, friendly, and polite staff
All time favorite!!!
I came to Granville Island just to try this place. Quick service, flavourful noodles.
So many options, all delish.

I am baffled by all the stellar reviews this restaurant received. My co-worker and I ordered two different dishes (I had the rickety rickshaw bowl, I can’t remember what my co-worker had) and agreed it was a total let down. I’m not sure if I just went on an off day when the employees forgot to add a single seasoning to any of the food, but it had no flavor whatsoever. It was so bad I don’t think I would go back to try it again even if the meal was free. This restaurant is the reason non-vegans are afraid to eat anything vegan- they should be ashamed to perpetuate that stereotype. The only redeeming element was the drinks. Shockingly, my coconut shake was delicious, as was my co-worker’s juice. Updated from previous review on 2024-10-19
As of right now I only tried the golden temple soup. And I can't forget it. It's that good. Next time I'm in Vancouver again I'm moving in that place I'll have the soup every day!
I ordered this on Uber Eats and was not impressed. I got "buy one get one free, coconut shakes," but they charged me for 2. The food was also cold and the spring rolls were soggy when I got my delivery. Everything tasted good, so I would try again in person, but I won't order anymore from Uber Eats.
