I am baffled by all the stellar reviews this restaurant received. My co-worker and I ordered two different dishes (I had the rickety rickshaw bowl, I can’t remember what my co-worker had) and agreed it was a total let down.
I’m not sure if I just went on an off day when the employees forgot to add a single seasoning to any of the food, but it had no flavor whatsoever. It was so bad I don’t think I would go back to try it again even if the meal was free. This restaurant is the reason non-vegans are afraid to eat anything vegan- they should be ashamed to perpetuate that stereotype.
The only redeeming element was the drinks. Shockingly, my coconut shake was delicious, as was my co-worker’s juice.

As of right now I only tried the golden temple soup. And I can't forget it. It's that good.
Next time I'm in Vancouver again I'm moving in that place I'll have the soup every day!

I ordered this on Uber Eats and was not impressed. I got "buy one get one free, coconut shakes," but they charged me for 2. The food was also cold and the spring rolls were soggy when I got my delivery.
Everything tasted good, so I would try again in person, but I won't order anymore from Uber Eats.

Tons of amazing options. We got the fresh tempeh roll, filled with mint and rice noodles and perfectly flavored tempeh. This came with a coconut lemon sauce, which went perfectly with this. The Taro chips also paired perfectly with the tofu dip. Eating this in the covered rooftop patio in the market, with amazing views was a great way to spend a nice summer day

Spring rolls tasted great, Noodles in soup were delicious but the star was the Vietnamese Iced Coffee as it was unbelievably good! Really friendly service and plenty of seating by the water.
I tried the namaste roll and rickety rickshaw bowl and thoroughly enjoyed it!
The staff was wonderful and quick! I made my non vegan friends try the food and they loved it too!

This is for both locations. This restaurant saved my life. I’ve stomach issues, and pretty much after every episode of inflation I only eat chau, they’re the only ones I can trust and have trusted for half a decade.
