Had the signature coconut shake at this place on a friend's recommendation. They bottle up a few coconut shakes to sell at around $7 each, very tasty and unique .Would recommend this place for their coconut shakes if you're into this flavor.

I was SO excited to finally try this place and it was a huge let down. After staring at the menu for 10 min I finally ordered the spicy lemongrass soup. It looked beautiful, but had absolutely zero flavor. Like none at all. Wasn't spicy, wasn't lemongrassy. Was barely even a veg broth flavor. Tofu was bland and giggly. I didn't even eat it. I went back into the market and got a falafel. Definitely disappointing (wasted $20!).

This is my favourite place to eat in the market hands down. Staff are incredible and so is the food. Everything is clean and fresh and I feel satisfied without feeling over indulged. If you’re looking for food that makes you feel good this is the place!! Thanks to Racquel and

Delicious fresh rolls and veggie spring rolls, as well as Vietnamese coffee with coconut cream!

Similar fare to its main restaurant in a food court atmosphere. Always tasty dishes and soups.

Dined with a friend with multiple allergies and this place had options for her, but also made her feel welcome, comfortable, and informed about their options.

This is exactly what we needed to fuel our shopping. The serving size is big-we could have almost shared 1 meal.
Was recommended by a friend and we'll definitely be repeat customers.
I got the Golden Temple soup and my partner got a noodle dish ?rice field I think we both loved our food.

Accidentally stumbled upon Chau Veggie Express, and so happy I did. With my husband being gluten free and vegan, it can sometimes be a challenge when travelling to find the right food to suit us both. We ordered different meals but both were delicious and flavourful. Service was quick, and the bustling atmosphere of the market place made it a fun place to eat lunch! Lots of meal options inside the market place and lovely artisanal shops dotted around the area.

Really big generous portions, but a bit pricy. I had the Golden Temple Soup as I normally love tofu, but this was a bit bland. Taro chips and summer rolls were great though!

Aside from gorgeous fresh fruit and veg, there are limited vegan options at the market. But no matter. Just order the most fantastic salad two days in a row. Sapa Power Salad eaten on the beautiful outdoor deck. Heaven!
