Funny thing happened the kitchen was very backed up i guess and a drunk guest luckily knew how to shuck oysters and ended up helping out.. overall a memorable experience. a group at the other table complained a lot and got their drinks comped so being a karen pays off i guess.. the dude who works there even told them he loves 1 star reviews 😭😭😭

Came here with my friends to try oysters for the first time, and it was such an amazing experience! Everything was super fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The oysters were incredible, and the rest of the food and drinks were just as good.

The staff was extremely attentive, welcoming, and friendly throughout the whole evening. They made us feel comfortable right away and were happy to answer questions and give recommendations, which made the experience...

Chewies is the best oyster bar in the lower mainland, and the experience is just as good as the food. Fantastic food, friendly staff, and authentic service that shows why Chewies is a neighbourhood staple.
