This a very typical Chinese restaurant. Good portions, great for family style ordering with a big group. It’s not flashy, it’s not fancy. But it’s as close to the authentic experience as it comes to, but keep in mind it is blend of various Chinese styles. Which is why there is a lot of variety in the menu. Service is as expected and the price is reasonable, won’t break the bank and you will probably have leftover for the next day.

Tried their $10 lunch specials, very yummy. Ordered a spicy chicken and is very good as well. Shanghai dumplings are pretty good too. And the hot and sour soup is awesome. Things are not that spicy if you take out the chili peppers.

This restaurant is kind of a blend of many different Chinese flavours. Southern fried rice, Shanghai style fried noodles, Taiwan fried chicken. It's ok overall. Our server was fine but a little too non chalant. At least they hand make their own dumplings!

I have always been curious about and interested in the Chinese Northern and Northwestern cuisine, so I was excited to see some of those dishes on Chi House's menu. Ordered two dishes for takeout. Staff was friendly on the phone. Food was ready fairly quickly. Cumin lamb stir-fried steamed noodles was only okay. I can't tell if it's authentic or not because I have never had the "real one" before. I did like how the lamb slices had enough "lamb-ie" taste for me.The stewed marbled pork in flatbread was quite a tasty sandwich! For my preference, it would be nicer if they add a bit of sauce to take away the dryness. I will go back again to try a few more dishes.

The meat was rotten (smelly, rancid). Had to throw out more than half the order. They got the order wrong. On Chinese New year too. This place needs to be reported to a health inspector.
The portion is very big but the taste of their dishes is awful. We ordered beef salad and seriously the only taste is bitter and salty. It’s not authentic at all. Their food is either too salty or has absolutely no flavour. Wouldn’t go again to waste money on those bad food. Recommend to try somewhere else if you want good Chinese food.

I got so much food this evening, very oily, less salt, not spicy at all, even after mentioning make it spicy. Quality has changed than what it was before very bad. Wont go again

I order from Skip The Dishes and the Spicy Chicken was cold, pink, and chewy. The Ben & Jerry's ice cream had been refrozen obviously after melting which creates dangerous bacteria. This is Food Safe training 101. The entire meal was basically inedible with the exception of my pop and spring rolls. I was expecting more after reading the reviews. I did get refunded %100 for the chicken and %50 because the person didn't know standard food safe standard procedures. For anyone that doesn't know don't eat re-frozen ice cream!!
