The entire staff at this location is exceptional, especially the delightful young man who works weekday mornings. He is incredibly efficient, personable, and consistently goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service. I’ve also had great experiences with the rest of the staff, who are consistently friendly and professional. I don't order food often, but I can attest that the loose-leaf tea (and how it is served) is great. Also, my family loves the Iced London Fogs.
The staff are very friendly, and it’s a cozy café where you can really relax. The service is seamless, and they strike just the right balance between attentiveness and giving you space, making it very comfortable. Both the coffee and the food are excellent. I always end up staying longer than I planned, and it’s definitely a place I want to keep coming back to.
