Suspect the reviews are gamed somehow: ordered pasta, butter chicken, and chicken. The chicken was okay. The pasta was actually terrible. Very low quality meatballs and the sauce was not good. High prices and small portions. Long waits (over 20 minutes) for food low quality fast food. Ate with two other people, they also did not enjoy their food.

We ordered the spaghetti Bolognese, the chicken 65 rice bowl, and they gave us a complimentary tomato soup. Everything was very, very good. We will come back.

Lots of options including vegetarian. Food is very tasty, healthy, with all ingredients made in house.

Vegetarian options: Everything is homemade. My veggie burger patty was made from healthy ingredients with toppings of my choosing, tomatoe, lettuce, onion, Swiss cheese on a brioche bun. The chef worked at one time in Germany at an Italian restaurant. Many varieties of vegetarian options to choose from. This will be my local favourite 👍

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The portion sizes were generous and offered great value for the price. The food was absolutely delicious, packed with authentic flavors. The owner was incredibly friendly and attentive, which added a warm, welcoming touch to our visit. To top it all off, my kids were delighted when the owner surprised them with free ice cream after the meal. We left with full stomachs and smiles all around – highly recommended!

UPDATE: I noticed that 2 new comments with five stars were written right after I put a review out. One says that it’s written from a UBC student but we were the only ones in the restaurant. Really??

I came here with my friend for the first time because of the high reviews, but I was very underwhelmed by the quality of food.

We ordered 1 Carbonara pasta with 4 beef balls and a Creamy Pesto Sauce as well. The lady taking our order was extremely rude, holding her arms together most of the time (not even a proper eye contact too).

The portion of the pasta we got was smaller than expected, and the pasta sauce was very bland. I was also expecting actual beef meat balls for the protein, but it felt like eating processed, microwaved meatballs.

I can’t believe all of this including the mango lassi costs $56. We even tipped which made it $64 but we both felt that the food was not worth the price.

The only good thing was the mango lassi. It tasted good, but not worth the price considering it’s around $6 for a regular cup.

Overall, I’m extremely disappointed about my experience here. I noticed your team sends auto-generated responses for customer feedbacks, but honestly it really doesn’t reflect well on your new customers.

I no longer believe that other reviews on this page are real anymore. I thought the portion was actually big and the food would be affordable, but that's definitely not the case. With how expensive it is, I'd rather go to other pricey, but decent restaurants.

The food was alright. But if you're going to spend $30 on your meal, I'd suggest going to Big Way Hotpot or somewhere more reassuring.

I love there Indian street food. for street food i always travel Surrey , after founding chickasta is the my on going stop for all street food and i do not have to travel surrey for that type of food.
