While walking along Robson Street during the holidays, I stopped for lunch at Chicko Chicken. I ordered the Chicko meal with boneless chicken, fries, and a drink. Everything is prepared fresh, so there is a short wait, but it’s worth it. The chicken was juicy inside and crispy outside, and the fries were hot and crisp. Jiyhe provided attentive, welcoming service.

Absolutely delicious Korean fried chicken! Chicko in Vancouver serves some of the crispiest, juiciest chicken I've ever had — perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of spice. The portions are generous, service is fast, and everything tastes fresh. Highly recommend the Cheese Show. My go-to spot for Korean fried chicken in the city!

The interior could use some cleaning—seats, tables, and washroom are always dirty, so I'd suggest going with take-out. I usually get the yangneom flavor, but all the chicken is great: crispy with a generous amount of sauce on each serving. Just sad to see that the pickled radish isn't complimentary anymore despite the price point.
