We just had a great meal. Steak was top shelf. The staff were great The timing was good. A very busy place make a booking.Vancouver weather was made to order couldn't have been better. The meal size was just right.

Had a bad experience here in March for my Birthday. A Manager named Shaylynn reached out to me and asked to send a gift card so we could have a better experience next time. After this she just completely started to ignore my emails back and never sent any gift card. Super strange that they would offer but not follow through? Overall, just left a bad taste in my mouth, literally and figuratively.

We ordered on skip the dishes. I've made an online complaint because there was no dressing on the Ceasar salad and the cauliflower rice tasted.... off. The steak was burnt on the bottom but after cutting that off it was pretty good as well as the asparagus was yummy but nothing special. Very very expensive for what you get.

Celebrated my partners birthday today and our experience earned more than 5 stars. The food was delicious from the appetizers, to the main and of course the drinks. Our server Natalie was such a delight, she was personable, friendly and very on top of service. Overall best service we’ve received in a long time. Already looking forward to our next visit!

My husband ate the smoked ribeye tonight for dinner. I had the regular ribeye and lobster. It was absolutely amazing!!! Our waiters, Kyryl and Manoel were phenomenal.

We had a great experience eating at Chop for the first time on March 23rd! Our waiter Mike was phenomenal. He took great care of us, was knowledgeable about the menu and very friendly! He made us feel right at home and really sent the experience over the top.Our food was great and the pricing was in line with what we expected, and many menu items were cheaper than expected compared to comparable high-end American steakhouses. The house bread with brown butter was good, and we greatly enjoyed the miso salmon and prime rib, both cooked to perfection. On top of that, we've been talking about the goat cheese spread ever since!We'll definitely plan to visit again in the future when we make it back to Vancouver, and you should too. If Mike is any indication of the level of experience of the rest of the team, you'll be well taken care of!

Dinner date with a long time friend, lots of laughs and it wasn’t difficult for the waiter to convince us to share a bottle of wine. Atmosphere is gorgeous with the ocean view and the layout of the restaurant is perfect. Food was absolutely delicious and the server was attentive and friendly. Definitely coming here again and again.

Only went for happy hour but the place had a nice buzz about it. The bar staff were great and the food was fine. We only ate from the happy hour menu though so no judgement about the main menu. Would definitely go back in the evening!

Came here with 6 of my family members, we ordered 3 chop burgers and were told sorry they are not available and then we decided to order 3 beef dips and were told that they are also not available, then decided on the hot Nashville sandwich but were told that only 1 is available. Then was told that the BLT sandwich is also not available. We should have taken this as a sign to leave but stayed and ordered other items she recommended. When the appetizers came there was no cutlery, napkins or side plates given. When the food came it was not good and we sent back the hot Nashville sandwich and she offered to take it off the bill and make a new one. (Even tho she told us there was only 1 available to order) …Then she told us that 18% gratuity is added because we are a group of 6 people. Which was frustrating since half the menu was not available and service was very slow. But as we were leaving after paying the bill with 18% tip we saw on the menu it said gratuity is on groups of 8 or more and we were only 6. When I asked her about this she said oh they changed there rules and I said but it says right here on your menu and she replied by saying we could talk to the manger. This was just ridiculous because she clearly lied to get a 18% tip. Very disgusted with this place, would not come back.
