Our group had the Strawberry slush, passion fruit mango slush, pearl milktea, and the brown sugar pearl latte.The strawberry slush tasted very faint? Passion fruit mango was pretty good.The other drinks had smaller amounts of boba than shown in pictures and advertised, taste was there though.Really busy here at lunch, next time we will pre order before arriving haha.

30 minutes after getting the drink the straw is literally unusable.

The store was empty when I went to the counter. I ordered two drinks, both with added grass jelly and pearls. However, one of the teas was missing the pearls. I was too far away at that point to go back to the store, but I am disappointed. The store wasn't busy at all at the time, and the added toppings were the same for both drinks.

I can't believe I spent half of my lunch time just to line up and wait for my bbt!Such a busy location during lunch time, long line + numerous orders from Uber Eats, and only 2 people are working at that time ...And then 1 more person came back from lunch at 1pm, which did increase the speed

When we arrived we were told that they have some problems with card payments and we could pay only with cash. Once we placed order online, we had to wait 30 minutes. All customers who came after us, had already received their orders. And they had some problems with a system again.Very disappointed experience!

Ordered on ubereats. Experience was terrible and outrageous.Drink leaks because there's a small hole on the cup seal. Leak happens and is understandable.BUT what's shocking is that the store staff thinks its okay to cover it with a plastic tape, which blows my mind that the store does not care about hygiene or food safety. Will not order again.

my go to at coco is their grapefruit with yakult. it's so refreshing, love the combination as the grapefruit and tartness of the yogurt flavoured yakult complement each other nicely. i also like the added option to choose the level of sugar and ice. the paper straws suck, like, literally...there's a communal table and a few stools along the window, and i greatly appreciate that this venue has ac.bonus now, there's a 20% discount off three flavours, and the grapefruit with yakult is one of them. another great flavour combination is the mango, pomelo, and sago, this one is blended, similar to a smoothie and i think the third flavour is a dragon fruit? wish they have a loyalty card...

I am a huge fan of coco and I have been ordering for years from this store. I have always had an amazing experience in guildford mall, Surrey central and even in other cities (such as Ottawa). However, this specific Coco was actually one of the worst ones I have been to. I asked for less ice for my brown sugar pearl milk tea (I always got it that way for years in all other stores) but the girl working there refused to. She also gave me half a cup of ice and it barely had any tea in it. Horrible experience. Avoid this location if you want a good bubble tea.

Ok one of the best in Vancouver, minus the paper cup and paper straws, both terrible.Everything else is awesome. They need to get rid of paper cup because I drink with my eyes so as many people. If they want to drive their customer flow, they need to promote that with visible awesome milk bubble tea through the plastic cups like starbucks, because for 8 dollars customers expect as quality as starbucks and other corporate level service and quality product. They also need to hire more people.What's up with Vancouver and stingy business owners though? I don't get it.If you can make 8 dollars a cup, hire people to fast service.Or else people will go to other businesses. You can't have it both ways.
