Went here to watch the Canucks game and wasn’t impressed with the service and the food. The bartender was drinking on shift. Filling up a coffee mug with beer and then drinking out of it right in front of customers. I got tacos and the shell was cold and hard and the poutine was a joke of a size. Barely any gravy and cheese curds too. The service was super slow. I would understand if it was busy, but it wasn’t and there was over four people working. Will be in no rush to come back.

We were in a group of 10 very kind people but we were very disappointed when Colleen come to serve us. We don’t know why but she was extremely stressed, doing a lot of facial expressions after we talk or we ask for some information, like no patient at all. Darling, if you don’t know how to work with people, please find another job. You don’t need to be mean with another people that has nothing to do with your problems.Good food and cold beer, restroom was clean, nothing to complain about the restaurant.

Management doesn’t know how to take care of their customers. We were out as a group for a holiday celebration and were cut off suddenly and told we had to leave. There had been no warnings of us doing anything wrong or discussions from the manager. As a bar owner myself, I understand responsible beverage service. But part of service is informing a group if they’re acting out of the house rules. We walked down the street and finished off the night and another local pub. When we told the manager and server of our experience, they couldn’t believe it as they found us to be having fun but no one in the group was overly intoxicated. The ownership may want to look at the way their managers are treating guests. I now understand why the pub was empty on a Saturday night.

I was there on November 29th around 8:00pm as I was having a last dinner and drinks with my friend before she went back to her country. The food and atmosphere were great but I have to say I was disappointed with the way the server treated me. My friend had brought a Polaroid camera to take some last photos together so I asked the server if he had a sharpie to write some nice messages on the photos for her. He said he did not have one so I asked if he could possibly ask the kitchen if they have one. He asked the kitchen and they did not have one so I was like okay no worries at all, and I mentioned in the kitchen I work in the staff usually carry a sharpie and a highlighter but it’s all good! Not a big deal. And he proceeded to get very mean with me and say that I was being very rude. I was shocked. When all I was simply asking for was a sharpie. He took what I said in the wrong way and I felt very disrespected by his behaviour and I left my dinner in tears. It was supposed to be a happy event because it was the last time I would see my friend and it ended up being a very bad time. My friend was shocked by the servers behaviour as well. I’m not sure if I will be back but I hope that he learns some manners and treats his guests with more respect. Despite his rude behaviour I still tipped well, and I apologized to him because he felt like I was rude. He did not apologize at all. Very sad because the food and atmosphere were great.

The way staff behaves feels like they aren’t getting paid enough. I hated this service. Not recommended.Edited: Maybe talk to your employees how they can provide better service. They don’t need to ignore dashers. I want you to go check the waiting time, since I arrived and until I marked the order as picked. I waived at 2 employees, both ignored me. No smile at their face. I am also reporting this issue to DoorDash.AND learn how to reply politely. (Please and Thanks) Manners go a long way.

Wow, don't get food to go! definitely shouldve looked in the bag before walking out. My food was extremely deflated, like where is half the burger?! And exceedingly bland, did you use any salt ? with the smallest portion of fries, those were at least ok. I'd say it's worth about quarter of what I paid, I'd get better quality at McDonald's.

After checking out last night, I found that the bill amount was higher than the actual amount. The service didn’t apologize, but only refunded me the difference in the price of the wine and put the cash on the table and walked away. They didn’t refund the entire bill including tip and let me start again, I actually don't feel
