It was a warm Monday night and we decided to stop at the Hyde. We took a table on the patio with our dog. The drinks were cold and refreshing. The mango habanero chicken wings were super yummy. The poutine was good. The service superb. Definitely coming back.
Hyde surprised the heck out of me. I walked in, not knowing what to expect, only to be welcomed like a long lost friend. Owners and Staff were amazing...food phenomenal....and atmosphere pleasant. Very quickly found that they have a large "regular" base (I can see why) and they were also welcoming and gracious rather than protective of their "Place". Sincerely a Diamond among pebbles.

Food is surprisingly good. The Hyde signature burger normally comes with its own selection of sides, but I asked for a yam fries upgrade and was pleasantly surprised to see that they came out as crispy as McD's fries ?!As much as I hate admitting it, everyone knows that no one beats McDonald's in a game of fries.
