“Had Fantastic service our waiter Darshil was very nice and polite always came by asking how the food was and if he could help with anything else. We got our food and drinks really fast. We definitely will be going back all of the food was amazing!.“

“I didnt know Mosaic Grille had a breakfast buffet until i did a staycation 2 years ago and decided to visit again before they closed for renovation. Staff have always been nice and attentive. The food selection was not amazingly large compared to vegas buffet. But had what i liked, such as the smoked salmon, the yogurt granola bar and the fresh fruit bar. Their pastries section looked amazing (but i didnt try) Some of the hot food items were interesting because of personal preference, such as the french toast pudding. The staff at the omelette bar was very patient and cheerful while getting through the lineup of guests wanting the omelette. He even accommodated a guest for a sunny side up egg request, which i didnt expect. They will be closed for renovation for the next few months.“

“If you’re looking for a comforting and top-tier meal, this is the place to go! We ordered a berry potion cocktail and a passionfruit cocktail, and the drinks were sweet and delicious. For our mains, we got the smoked salmon pappardelle, and the burrata prosciutto pizza. The pizza is usually $33 but on Sundays all pizzas are $18 which is such a steal for this expensive burrata pizza! The dough was so flavourful and chewy, and had a nice crisp. There was no room for improvement. Do not sleep on this find!“
