“JP’s is a wonderful family friendly establishment, and it’s a great asset to the island. During the day and early evening we have taken our 11 month old with us bowling, he likes to watch and push the ball down the children’s ramp. The food is great and they have a nice selection of non-alcoholic drinks. I do not personally drink but the bar looks fun. There is a separate dining room that is a little quieter, a couple pool tables and an arcade, there are also different nightly events (trivia, karaoke, 1/2 off bowling sundays, bowling league etc.) I would recommend anyone visiting the island to check it out!“
“Place is beautiful, the bathroom is outside before you enter the main entrance and the staff was great. Came here to grab a dinner but the price was a bit elevated so I only went and got the Lumpia. I dont blame them, they are in a secluded island far far away, other than that the place is beautiful especially outside during the Christmas time. Also another thing that was great about the place is its literally by the ferry so no hassle of being late for the ferry when you want a little food before the ride.“
“Cute, and homey restaurant. Great ocean views no matter where you're sitting (we were also sat next to the fireplace, which was awesome on a cold, overcast day ). Service was good. I had the fish tacos, which were good. The pico de gallo was a little lacking, but not terrible.“
“Local tavern just a few minutes walk from the Friday Harbor ferry terminal in the main corridor, Spring street; very friendly service; good bar food; frequented by locals & tourists alike; good beer selection on tap; perhaps a bit pricey for bar food even if it was good; interior could've been cleaner, felt sticky with fruit flies; overall good, local vibe, recommended.
