“Great bar, beer super cold and served in cold glasses. Food was bar/pub style and everything that should be hot was hot and cold food was cold. Appreciate the salad being served in chilled bowl. The shrimp cocktail for 2.75 was a great deal and cold , crisp and delicious. Stop in if you're driving by! Looking forward to stopping in again, next time we cross the border. Staff provided excellent service and we're super friendly! Nice to find a bar that serves food and gets everything right! Well done!“
“I had my suspicions being attached to a hotel but this place is great! Happy hour options also include tasty food at reasonable prices. Everything I got to try was really tasty. The drinks are really good as well as generous on the pours! I’d also like to give a big shout out to their service here, all those girls are the sweetest, most hard workers I’ve seen servicing a restaurant in awhile. It’s the service that really pushed my review to 5 stars.“
“One of the greatest Mom-and-pop joints i’ve ever been to!! I went with my brother around the holidays just to grab a quick bite and really surprised me with how good the food was. I got a station burger with a shake and fries and the burger is small (only a 1/6 lb patty) but packed one heck of a flavor. Their station sauce was real good and the shake was thick and topped with plentiful of whipped cream. The environment was a 70’s style truck stop and jazz music played throughout the joint. My experience was just wonderful!!! 10/10 would highly recommend.“
“After reading J Bizzles' review, we were eager to try out this joint. Lucky for us, it was a Sunday night, so we had to order the $10 steak dinner. We weren't disappointed, good flavor and not chewy. Those "inbred hillbillies" sure know how to grill a chunk of meat. Thanks for the tip, J Bizzle.“
“This is more of a bar than a restaurant. I would go here to drink, not eat. They have a great selection and the atmosphere is... well, like a saloon in an old western film. Nice place to meet people casually.Usually, it's great service; I have been going there occasionally for almost 14 years. On my last visit, however, the lady tending bar was so loud it was like she was screaming just with her regular talking. So loud I had to flee the scene!“
