“We just had my son's 12th birthday party here. Trevor was extremely responsive with helping us set up the plans and the staff on the day were great. Really welcoming for the kids who had a blast. Looking forward to returning for a date night sometime without the kids and my husband is going to look into doing a work/team building event in the future. Highly recommend.“
“Ok, so I went in at around 4:30Pm and got out at around 11 PM. There was something at this place that just kept me there and we kept playing pool for like an hour or so and it was great. I met this guy Mike, George the Hippy and Ben there. I listened to their wild stories about drug dealers, gangsters and what not. Crazy crazy place full of friendly people and since I am a 24 yr old college going guy from India, people were asking me what the hell in this world brought me here, and I don't know what I was doing there, but I had a lot of effing beer and 1 pitcher was like 13.73$. This was one of the wildest experiences I had in Vancouver but I would say just be careful when you are there.“
“I love it because I could do my dancing without being bothered feel like I'm in my own living room dancing I call it my gym I go there when I feel tense and I just get on the dance floor and dance but since I had my two strokes recently infecting my balance so I need to rest hopefully it comes back cuz I miss going dancing and it's also the my favorite because I'm allowed to bring my dog with me“
“My home for the last three years now, yet they still ID me and I'm 35 years old, you'd think after how many years of using me they'd get the idea im of age. I know I look young, I don't to weather take that as a compliment or offensively. Either way would be nice if I could stay home and have a few, and safely go back home at the end of the night ? and become a known regular at my home.I'd feel alot safer.“
“Travel back in time to the early 90s and visit this quirky Vancouver staple. The narrow room has a lot of cozy nostalgic charm, and it’s endearing to watch the regulars chum around with the friendly, punky staff. The Fringe feels like one of the last great bohemian watering holes in Van, and if you like something different, this Kits pub will not disappoint!“
“I ate dinner off the menu there, I think I had the Salisbury steak with mashed potatoes and extra veggies, and it was better than I expected... I had a glass of beer with my meal , and I did not like the smell of it... I wasn't sure if it was the beer or the glass but I asked the waitress for something and she had no problem giving me what I asked, ... And I would gladly go back .... Everybody in the place seemed comfortable and content being there... In my opinion this is a decent spot“
“Always have a great time here weekend nights, vibe is awesome, drinks are cheap, and staff is usually very friendly. Food is bar food so don't come in with high expectations, but definitely good enough. You can see from other review replies that this place cares about their customers experiences.“
“Wish I knew about this bar sooner it was instantly my favourite bar when i walked through the door. The Brickhouse offers an ambiance that effortlessly combines the nostalgic charm of classic pub games with the welcoming warmth of a beloved local bar. While the pool table, dartboard, and vintage Pac-Man machine stand ready for friendly competition, it's the bar itself and the delightful Irish bartender who truly define the experience. Though I havent met the famous Leo yet, the warm, funny, charming Irish bartender I met filled the bar with his engaging conversation and quick friendly service. I'd return just for the service but the bar its self is a cozy work of art. Everyone was so friendly it felt like an oasis from the regular Vancouver vibe. It felt like visiting old family. The Brickhouse isn't just a place to grab a drink; it's a haven where every visit feels like coming home to old friends, with laughter and stories flowing as freely as the perfectly poured drinks. “Really good experience! It's been really hard to go out to loud places since my concussion so it was a bit difficult for me but the server was really fun and chatty so I felt comfortable. I'm looking forward to going back!Best nachos ever!“
