Everything about it was five star, except the food was kind of lacking in flavour. Not bad by any means, just not as flavourful as one would expect from such a pricey place. And the $55 steak had an odd, overly soft texture. And $9 soft drinks?
Haven’t been here in years and their quality still holds. The duck confit was really well done - orange sauce was a great compliment. I really like how they do their dessert “menu” - they take out the actual dessert to your table to choose from!
We had a wonderful dining experience at Croquette Brasserie. Our waiter was both helpful and charming, adding a personal touch to the evening.
We started with the moules-frites, sharing the mussels and fries as an appetizer. The dish was outstanding—perfectly cooked mussels paired with crisp, golden fries.
