Subway offers good food and service, with employees like Rohit providing helpful and quick service. However, there have been inconsistencies in the quality of service, with some employees being more pleasant and attentive than others. One employee was noted for making a great sub but struggled with instructions, while another was observed to be less friendly and helpful. Despite these occasional issues, Subway is still considered one of the better options in town.
