Absolutely impressed by La Cuchillo. The food was incredibly delicious, full of flavour and beautifully presented. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming, making the entire experience warm and enjoyable.
The atmosphere and décor were excellent, stylish, vibrant, and full of character. What stood out the most was the fast service. Unlike many places where even a burger takes 30–40 minutes, Cuchillo served us amazing, gourmet dishes in no time, all coming out of a small open kitchen run by just 4–5 chefs. Truly impressive!
They’re doing a fantastic job, great food, great people, and a great vibe. They are literally a Hidden Gem! Highly recommend!

3rd time here in 2 years. excellent food (Esp cornbread, shishito peppers, artic char tacos and churro dessert) - appreciate that the cornbread is not sweet like so many places make it. this is a hearty blue corn. great, knowledgeable staff and amazing tequila selection!! Had 3 Blancos tonight that I had never seen elsewhere and they were fantastic. looking forward to coming again.

My partner and I came in for our 7 year anniversary, we sat at the bar with Christina who was our bartender. She was an absolute pleasure so lovely and very helpful with the menu. When we first came in she was in the weeds but made a point to acknowledge us and give amazing hospitality. We will be back to sit at her bar again.

Had an excellent and memorable dinning experience. First off, the service was excellent and our server was so hospitable and attentive. They were even able to make a few dietary modifications for our table and it didn't compromise the quality of our meal. The food was delicious and every bite left an impression (brussel sprouts, albacore tuna, lamb sirloi & skirt steak tacos). The cocktails were smooth as I tried a Mezcal Negroni which was so well balanced. The atmosphere itself has a great vibe for group gathering or an intimate setting. Will be visiting again in the future for sure to sample out the rest of the menu.
Dietary restrictions: We had a dairy restriction at our table and they made an excellent modification to our dishes. Even let us split a dish up so best of both worlds.
The vibes, food, and conversations were on point. I love a restaurant that fosters socializing with those who are serving you (shoutout Darren) and those who are sitting next to you. I will be back.
