Great atmosphere. Food is very good with high quality ingredients. Wait staff was attentive and knowledgeable. Our waiter advised us we were probably ordering too much food. He recommended the perfect amount.

My partner and I came in for our 7 year anniversary, we sat at the bar with Christina who was our bartender. She was an absolute pleasure so lovely and very helpful with the menu. When we first came in she was in the weeds but made a point to acknowledge us and give amazing hospitality. We will be back to sit at her bar again.

Had an excellent and memorable dinning experience. First off, the service was excellent and our server was so hospitable and attentive. They were even able to make a few dietary modifications for our table and it didn't compromise the quality of our meal. The food was delicious and every bite left an impression (brussel sprouts, albacore tuna, lamb sirloi & skirt steak tacos). The cocktails were smooth as I tried a Mezcal Negroni which was so well balanced. The atmosphere itself has a great vibe for group gathering or an intimate setting. Will be visiting again in the future for sure to sample out the rest of the menu.
Dietary restrictions: We had a dairy restriction at our table and they made an excellent modification to our dishes. Even let us split a dish up so best of both worlds.
The vibes, food, and conversations were on point. I love a restaurant that fosters socializing with those who are serving you (shoutout Darren) and those who are sitting next to you. I will be back.

Had a great night entertaining out of town guests at Cuchillo. First off, they fixed a mistake I made with the reso. Second, the cocktail recommendations by the server were A+. The cocktail menu has a lot of items I’m not familiar with so I appreciated the tips. The food was fantastic. I thought it was funny that they have reviews on the menu for each item. It helped me make my decisions and take some risks.
Overall 10/10. Really pleased with the entire experience and thankful for the forgiveness regarding my mistake with the reso. Can’t wait to come back and try that extra weird horseradish cocktail.

Favourite place in Vancouver. I dream of the maple chipotle tamarind glazed pork belly o the regular. Great atmosphere. Great staff. Chef Stuart is a king in the kitchen. And Darren on the bar has an impeccable palate too, and can pair any drink to the fabulous food.

Vibes of the restaurant were very welcoming. Staff were great and the atmosphere was fantastic. Ordered drinks and guacamole and the guac tasted better then any other mexican restaurant I've been too in Vancouver. Drinks were very tasty and unique I would definitely return to try more of the menu

Definitely a hidden gem. Staff were pleasant and accommodating, but the star if the show is the food. Ambiance is perfect, chic, good music that was not overwhelming and a very relaxed vibe. We never had Peruvian fusion before, so, so was unsure what to expect. One person aptly described is as a burst of flavor in every bite. We had the land and the pork, both perfectly prepared. A little off the beaten path, but seriously good. Highly recommended.
