Our menu consisted of a series of smaller plates, almost 7-8 in total if we count the pre-amuse amuse, the actual amuse and the post-desert, i.e. the mignardises (which I really enjoyed, especially the truffle-chocolate).Dishes were balanced and complex flavor-wise. I’ve been meaning to try this place for a while and I’m glad I finally did. Bringing in Quebec-style cooking to the west coast in a wonderful marriage of flavours is what you can expect here.Definitely get the pork rinds as the add on, they’re tasty and addictive!Service was attentive and fantastic. Went there twice. Dec 22 and Dec 23. As a French person, I fully endorse their menu. Among the 10 or so dishes of the tasting menu, all of them hit the right notes. If you have never had French haute gastronomie, or you're missing that, it's the best I've found in GVAThe portiy size is ok but a tad more wouldn't hurt.
