Great service ! I messed up and thought I placed my order a few days ago. I was looking for my confirmation via email late at night and my jaw dropped. I didn’t properly check out. They didn’t have to accommodate my request but they did. I’m so thankful. Excellent service. Don’t forget to tip!

My husband and I love the Dairy Queen and have recently started going to this location. We have had such good experiences everytime we have been here. The service, the quality of food and the restaurant itself is immaculate! A big shout out to Abhi and Rose for their extraordinary service today!❤️❤️

Nice renovations in summer 2024.
Otherwise it's like every other Dairy Queen, which like, is kinda what you want from a Dairy Queen.

You don't really want a surprise from a DQ.

We had each ordered a different burger
And will not make that mistake again of ordering anything on a bun!

Miss the old days when Dairy Queen simply stuck with great basic Dairy Queen Brazier burgers !

We had each ordered a different burger with fries and onion rings and a soft drink
Even with my six dollars off in app special coupon our order still was over $30!

We’ll remember to stick with other places like Wendy’s for burgers next time and leave my ice cream cravings to DQ!

The staff were super friendly and pretty quick helping me place my order for us, but they were swamped as they were understaff.
It was a nice day, but not a hot one!
Our order had came up and was sitting in the pass through window for at least 5<8 minutes. The two staff ran crazily back-and-forth, preparing and serving ice cream cones, etc.. which were mostly simple orders for those who had come in for an after dinner treat
While we simply waited to have our dinner which had been delayed and is why we chose to come to thinking we get better service.

Our burgers appear to have been hastily thrown together
Drowning in an over abundance of chopped green iceberg, lettuce, and ranch sauce on the other burger.

Our orders sat on the side while they continue trying to catch up with the sudden onslaught of after dinner customers looking for a quick sweet treat.

I still finished my meal by purchasing a large pumpkin pie blizzard, which I look forward to every year !
This year has been extra special as it is one of my first times out eating in public since I have been in chemotherapy for over five months!

I can partially forgive the overpriced burgers as we do not feel like we got value for what we eight especially given, seen the much smaller various ice cream orders customers were placing and receiving while our food continue to sit in the takeout window.

The 2 DQ staff personnel were super friendly as I had said …
I just don’t feel as if our whole meal deal was as valued as the dipped ice cream ? cones or a sundae! Although temperature wise, I have my doubts that there was not much temperature variance between what we ate and those sweet treats.

We would have left the food and simply asked for a refund, except that we had both been very hungry due to our delayed dinner start time because we had been shopping ? at a busy place.

Parking: There is about five or six angled parking spots next to the DQ restaurant.

You must inform staff in the store if you wish to access the washroom through the back of the building.

Overall, the place inside and the parking lot ?️ was fairly clean. Although I was able to access the restaurant with a walker, I had someone with me whom was able to hold the door for me, as they do not have a remote handicap ♿️ door opener.

I like to come here after a hard day’s work with my work mates. Jack always gets a cookie dough blizzard, Adam gets mint Oreo, and for me, good old fashioned Oreo. Scott likes to order 2 candies for his blizzards and it’s super embarrassing. The waitress however never judges him despite how annoying that must be for her. Scott blew out his knee earlier this week strolling through the forest, so we were pleasantly surprised at the level of handicap accessibility at this location.
Speaking of accidents, Jack’s friend Steve Carp couldn’t make it. He had a rather “unfortunate” accident with a ball peen hammer. He wasn’t missed nor will he on future visits.
I guess my only complaint is that they don’t serve hot dogs at this location (we like to bore out the centres and use them as straws)

I get a chocolate shake and they don’t ask me if I want whipped topping or not. The shake comes with whipped topping (it’s optional) so they should either provide the whipped topping or ask me if I want the whipped topping.

They then give me the shake and it doesn’t have whipped topping on it.

Well great now I have to ask for whipped topping to be added, which I don’t want to do, but it adds so much to the shake.

I ask for them to add whipped topping like a shmuck and they reluctantly agree, then add the smallest little dollop of whipped topping on top and give it back. Like the littlest bump of whipped topping. Far smaller than a reasonable amount. I mean using the photo as a baseline it would be like 30% of that amount of total whip.

The shake is $6 and tiny I don’t feel like I’m asking for much I don’t know why I have to bend my knee to get a reasonable amount of whipped topping, but here we are.

Good stuff

Their parkade has a really bad exit. The road is uneven and you can’t exit the car without damaging the bumper. It says one way when you enter but you have no option other than to go back which is not safe to do so and interrupts traffic. It’s been almost more than a year since I discovered the place. Owner needs to do something about it.

This is a very small DQ and pretty crowded when busy. It needs an overall.

`One staff and the manager is very rude. Will not go back to this dq.They should be fired.
