The staff are polite enough and friendly. The ice cream has been great on all occasions I’ve been there. However, I was unimpressed with the lack of professionalism when interacting with the cashier. He had his AirPods in the entire time and screwed up multiple orders before and after me. It was pretty busy when I ordered but the staff appeared to be moving in slow motion. I waited almost 15 minutes for my order and all of my food was lukewarm. I also noticed a customer left without her ice cream and instead of running to the door to let her know they just laughed it off. The woman did end up coming back but the staff had more than enough time to let her know as soon as she walked out of the door. It could have been easily avoided.

I agree that the cake decorator here was AMAZING and the cake turned out so beautiful! The whole cake and frosting was a beautiful color. I was desperate to find a Dairy Queen that had a cake printer after another location said theirs broke (and didn't tell me until after 1-2 days) and being short on time I scored all around trying to find a Dairy Queen that would at the given time.Most of the stores didn't pick up the phone / didn't respond in time / hung up and didn't call back / didn't had a printer. I called this location and the guy easily said they can do it, no stress on the phone.I loved the little details they put on the cake, I would have loved to meet the decorator.I would definitely order from them again!!! Thank you!

Good service but topping portions were the most miserly I’ve had at any DQ. Granted I haven’t frequented in a while. Perhaps a sign of the times but no pass as it is just not worth the trip or cost imo.

I don't usually review Fast Food restaurants, but felt compelled to give props to the Main St DQ's cake maker for the outstanding job they did on a recent birthday cake I ordered for my wife. I provided a very detailed design that replicated a watch I was gifting to my wife that same day. As you can see from the photos, the cake turned out incredible! Thank you Main St DQ for making my wife's birthday a memorable one! For anyone wanting to order a cake with a custom design, I would definitely recommend this location.
