Dairy-free dilly bar assuaged my concerns about my lactose-intolerance, thank you! I was a little sad it came in plastic wrapping; I felt guilty for using a non-biodegradable material. But it does help ensure hygiene and food safety. The building seems a little isolated; some graffiti has been sprayed on its North-facing wall. It would be nice if they commissioned for a proper mural to be painted there, if artists keep seeing it as a blank canvas; helps the neighborhood feel more creative, too!

Near empty restaurant, only 4 orders in and each order took more than 10 mins. This should be unacceptable for a fast food style restaurant that has no line and looks to be a slow night. Order delivery, don't waste you time going in person

Came in for a cup of coffee with one cream and one sugar. They asked me if it mattered if it was not fresh. I said yes it matters. I asked if they could make a fresh pot. They said they could but that they had no cream only milk. I left dissatisfied.

Entered the restaurant at 9: 25 pm, unaware that this particular location closed @ 10pm given the other dairy Queen on Kingsway is open to 5am. Upon arrival, my partner had to use the washroom facilities, and I chose to wait for her to order. This drew "displeased" body language from 2 front staff immediately. After ordering I sat facing the front counter opposite my partner and received multiple again "displeased" displays of body language, coupled with rolling eyes, shaking head, and walking away type behaviors. At 9:55 p.m. we were told the store was closing in 4 minutes and they had to lock the door and we needed to leave. Was an absolute terrible experience and i will not soon, if ever, return to that location. I left this Google review to tell other customers of my experience as I find other reviews by customers definitely play a role in my decision making process.

Dont order from here via any delivery app youll get cold food and melted ice cream as they put them directly atop one another in a single bag instead of providing a drink tray for the blizzards

I purchased a log cake for $29.99 and asked for a simple"Happy Birthday" to be written on the side, but was told it can't be done. It was disappointing as the cake was so plain and expensive. The service used to be a lot friendlier.
