Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a reasonably good location that offers better service and quality food when dining in compared to ordering through Skip. The restaurant has limited street parking, which can be a challenge, especially for those with wheelchairs. However, it's not impossible to access. The staff, particularly the two people working on a busy night, provided amazing service despite being short-staffed. The facility is strictly maintained and cleaned at all times, and the staff are very friendly. The ice cream is consistently good, and the burgers and fries are usually tasty, although there have been instances where the quality was subpar on a recent busy night. Customers praise the excellent poutine, and the soda machine was not working on one visit, but the staff were still courteous and friendly.
