Went for the first time today. Great coffee and quick service. Highly recommend the Italian Mocha 🤤would go out of my way to come back.

Took out a decaf Brown Sugar Oat Latte ($5.90 for a 12 oz), which was a good latte! I chose it because oat milk was built into the price, as it would cost additional if substituted for other beverages. I liked the flavour of the latte, it had a good roasted taste! I thought the brown sugar was a bit muted, and would've preferred the drink as a whole to be sweeter. The brief service interactions were friendly. The shop itself also has baked goods and a variety of items for purchase (premade food to grab and go, candles, items for coffee enthusiasts, etc.). We came on a weekend a bit past lunch so it wasn't busy, but I imagine they get a lot of business during weekdays from people who work in the area! Good first impressions!

They have some vegetarian breakfast wrap options available! The breakfast wrap I got was alright, was mostly just egg and cheese. Would be great if there was some salsa or hot sauce added to the wrap to make it a bit less monotonous. Latte was good!

The manager(blonde lady) is pretty rude. She has no sense of customer service. Ordered something from app which says you get 50 percent off the first order the total showed the exact amount after the discount but afterwards when I saw my transaction the whole amount was deducted. I asked the blonde lady to give my money back she refused and was also pretty rude.
