Found a gem at Broadway. Introduced to this Chinese restaurant as I was in the vicinity and their food quality was impressive. Ordered their famous dumpling soup and prawn toast. Their char siew are tasty too.

We came with our family and the food was very authentic and tasty. We very much appreciated the waiters suggestions and they were very attentive. Every dish was a winner!
Stumbled into Chef's Choice last Saturday afternoon after a morning of exploring Gastown, and honestly it might be one of the better Chinese restaurants I've wandered into across any city. The hand-pulled noodles in the beef broth were exactly the kind of thing you only find when a kitchen actually cares about the process.
