I'm not quite sure how I feel about David's Tea. On one hand, I love that it’s a Canadian brand and has become a national favorite. On the other hand, I’m less impressed with the use of ingredients like 'natural flavoring' instead of truly natural, healthy options. They also rely heavily on plastic in their packaging, which could easily be minimized by offering more sustainable alternatives that would still preserve the in-store experience. All in all,...
The staff were excellent at suggesting products for me. Especially Sayda, she helped me from new products, to suggestions, to my favorite products, to checkout. She was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I believe she is not only an asset to the company, but a delight to have helping me. I appreciate her kindness and patience. Thank you David’s Tea for having such an amazing staff!
