This location has window seating, and one or two small tables. It's mainly for takeout. The food is good. I got the Mayan rice bowl. Parking can be difficult at times.

Food quality at this location is good & consistent. Serving portions are quite hefty. Good value for your dollar. I usually get the Hawaiian beef donair but today I had chicken rice platter. Very tasty.
& also a 1 minute walk from skytrain.

These guys don't have the first clue on how to wrap a donair , the way they do it all the veggies are on one side , meat on the other , its lose and falls apart because they can't wrap it right .. messy , other locations are much better . That's eastvan for ya

This is my go to for my lunch or dinner when I’m at work just a few blocks away. Fast and friendly service. Good food in a decent quantity. There’s other fast food takeout places in the vicinity but Donair Affair is the place for me.

Food serving is incredibly small and overpriced. Ordered a mixed plate for 24$ and they gave me a thin layer of rice 1 table spoon of salad along with a 1/4 piece of a small sized pita on top of that the old punjabi lady there was quite rude
