As a person from Taishan, where the dim sum culture has evolved enough for the tables to be motorized and contain an auto hot water filling device. I believe that the dim sum quality here is fantastic for North American standards, this is now my go to restaurant for dim sum in Vancouver.

The durian dessert is also highly recommended, showcasing real durian inside.
