I used to love donair dude, the chicken was fresh, tasty and was in good quantity always. No matter the location I am ordering from but since past few orders I have seen they don't put the chicken generously. I always order their large chicken pita wrap, if it is large it's supposed to have good qty of chicken but this time it was ridiculously less I could literally count the pieces (attached a pic, there is hardly any). Also, the chicken wasn't fresh, was cold and smelled/tasted funny. I don't know what's going on with their new owner but don't they look at the feedback from their customers??? Recently, it is only about their low food quality and less quantity. I am not going to order from them anymore, sadly.

if you’re offering a promotion, the quality shouldn’t change — there was almost no chicken in the wrap, and what little there was tasted awful. It was basically just pita and vegetables.

I had a disappointing experience at Donair Dude on Dave Street. The staff were unprofessional and had poor customer service. When I was making my order, one of the employees laughed at what I was saying, which felt disrespectful. Overall, I would not recommend this place to others.

Domairs and staff are great but they where advertised to be open until 4am today, and after walking here at 3;17 they are closed. Very disappointed

I’ve always enjoyed ordering from this restaurant, but in the last 2–3 orders the portion sizes have noticeably decreased. Today I ordered the platter beef plate and it was clearly less than before. I hope they bring back the same quality and portions as before.
