Best family owned pizza parlor in the Kits area! I heard about them through a co-worker who has lived in Kits his whole life and I am more than impressed! Great food, good drink selection, and friendly staff. I will be back!

Our preschool recently hosted a social event and once again ordered from Double DD Pizza, and they absolutely delivered in every way.
We ordered 12 pizzas (cheese, pepperoni, Hawaiian, plus gluten-free and vegan options) and everything was seamless from start to finish. The owners were organized, responsive, and incredibly accommodating, making sure there was something for every child and parent attending. They also came up with the awesome idea to cut the pieces smaller for the children, which was very helpful! The dietary-friendly pizzas were just as delicious and thoughtfully prepared as the classics, which families genuinely appreciated.
The pizzas arrived right on time, hot and fresh, and were devoured by a room full of happy preschoolers and parents. It was lovely hearing several parents recognize the pizza boxes as soon as they were set down and commented how happy they were to see we were supporting a local business they already know and love. That kind of community connection says everything.
Double DD Pizza isn’t just a great place to order from, they’re a true family-run business with ties to our local community, and their care and pride show in every detail. We’re incredibly grateful for their continued support and look forward to more events together.

Such a great place! Food is amazing! The restaurant is so cool and chill. One of the few places left in Vancouver with a long history of incredible food and ambience. Spend your money here. Support local business! This is the way Vancouver was 20+ years ago. We need to support the people protecting our heritage and family businesses that have built this city!

Not sure what happened. It has been a while since we have been to the restaurant, but there has been a change. Instead of the mom and pop atmosphere, staff were very alouff. A few issues. 1. Poor service. Cook moved our already paid order the the front counter for the person standing there. Instead of handing it to me, she walked away and went to the other side of the restaurant. I looked at the cook, he shrugged and went back to the kitchen. Waited until she returned to pass it to me.
2. Biggest change is the pizza. The nice thick crust of the past is now thin and hard. Toppings are tasteless. Pizza toppings all spread to the middle because they weren't put on to the edge, leaving a big gap around the edges.
Unfortunately I won't be back and cannot recommend this place. It's not like it once was.
