Server Linea was fabulous, and everything was timely and no complaints. food was excellent.

Our server was kind - seemed over loaded. But the real issue was the food. Cajun chicken the meat was dry, the coleslaw had ice chunks in it - quickly rendering the whole dish watery and cold, same for my husbands chicken and ribs. My friends steak tortilini was like someone dumped a salt shaker in the sauce and steak ordered med rare was over cooked. Not used to the food inconsistency at Earls. The manager did comp some which was nice but do better kitchen.

Food was okay. Ambiance was great. Music was nice and low. Lighting was perfect. Service well was good at begining, but I think we were forgotten once we got our food. Did not ask if we wanted more wine, nothing. In fact I mentioned to waitress that "I think you forgot about us". The thing was that there were only 3 other tables with people in the restaurant part.
