Stopped by for an afternoon coffee break between shoots a few days ago and ended up staying way longer than planned. The pearl milk tea with that perfectly torched top was almost too pretty to drink, though I got a few decent shots in before giving in. Staff were genuinely friendly and didn't rush me even though I was clearly hogging a window seat for the light. Nice chill spot if you need a break downtown and want something photogenic that actually tastes good too.
Stopped by after soccer practice on a Tuesday evening and both my kids were thrilled to get their usual brown sugar boba with pudding. The place was quiet enough around 6pm that we didn't have to wait in line, which is clutch when you've got a cranky six year old in tow. The staff at the counter were patient while my daughter changed her order twice and still got everything right. Paid $6 for medium milk tea with pearls. Drink was ready in less than a minute. Lots of pearls and it was pretty good not too sweet.
