Came here for a business lunch and was very impressed by the service, food, and management. We had the day time manager and even the general manager come by to replace our waters and ask us how our food and experience was. Would highly recommend, and would come back again.
I love going to Earls because doesn't matter the style of food I might be craving, they have it, and of course it tastes amazing. I've been to multiple locations and the Earls Test Kitchen at Hornby St is my favorite one, mainly because of their staff - they are friendly, helpful, and efficient. At all locations they are like that but at this one they stand out.
This was a short notice booking for a dinner with my spouse. This atmosphere is excellent and we were asked while booking what type of visit this was. Consequently, as this was a ‘date' we were given a table in the quieter part of the restaurant. Our server, Hilary, was the nicest waitress we have ever met.
