Excellent food - hearty and comforting yet complex and flavourful. Great addition to the neighbourhood dosa options on Kingsway, and open till late late late!
Everything we tried was tasty, but I want to mention the veggie pakoras. These were light and crispy, and the batter reminded me of these onion pakoras we used to love from a restaurant that no longer exists (it was on Main Street near 25th). I am fond of pakoras even when the batter is thicker and heavier, but I did miss that particular version. So yay!
We tried both their biryani and their dosas – very tasty and worth it even when they aren't on one of their nightly specials.

Dietary restrictions: It's usually easy to find something wheat-free when going out for dosa, so no problems for me here.
This restaurant just opened, and they are probably still getting final menus printed, so one suggestion I would make is having more menu items labelled with an icon or abbreviation that will tell people about common allergens or dietary concerns. So the usual things, like "gluten free" or "wheat free" or "gluten friendly", "vegan", "contains..." [dairy, egg, tree nuts, peanuts, soy...]. (EDIT -The menu does have some of these indications; but more consistently would be a great help.) It's not a huge thing, but I'm always happy to see those kinds of indicators on a menu...it just makes ordering easier.

We have gone several times. The dosa itself is terrific and the Monday value is a good deal, however when we went on Thanksgiving Monday we were charged full price despite the discount sign being out front still. We were also not notified that it would be full price on Thanksgiving. To top it off they did not have their usual dessert item included. We were also disappointed in how dirty the washrooms were.

My wife loves Dosa so we decided to try this place. Glad we did. They had a daily special which we didn't try but the price point made we want to go back. We both ordered Dosa. Although we each had different ones we each thought they were wonderful. We had one server who would appear when we called for her. She was lovely and provided us with good service. The bell service is a bit awkward but we got used to it.
