This was our second time dining at this lovely restaurant! The second time was just as magical as the first! The entire experience is amazing. The service, the food, the atmosphere, and the wine and cocktails are all amazing. I can't wait to visit again. It's a must.
The tasting menu was a phenomenal experience. Amazing flavors and techniques were a revelation. Many dishes used a very nice, subtle heat to enhance the flavor profile without overwhelming. In particular, the lamb tartare and salmon were stand out dishes. The service was prompt and incredibly friendly.
This was our final meal in Vancouver before moving to Montreal. We spent many good meals here with friends and ourselves. Highly recommend. It was a good sendoff meal and we got to treat a friend who is a new customer!
