I always go to the Mount pleasant location and this was really different. The vegetable portion is very small. They put two halves cherry tomatoes per salad, a few cucumber cubes and they weigh everything to the point where it’s a bit ridiculous. The dressing was very light, I could barely taste it and the service wasn’t great either, wouldn’t return to this location which is a shame as the Mount pleasant one is so much better. Their portion are much bigger, they put way more effort into preparing the bowls and they seem to genuinely care.

Today I ordered the avocado and cheese sandwich, but unfortunately it was not what I expected. The sandwich had little to no flavour from the listed ingredients, and the mayonnaise was overpowering and dripping out, which made it quite unappealing. This really put me off the sandwich completely.

On April 11, 2024, I visited this place, and I was really impressed by the staff's friendliness, especially the front cashier, Harmanpreet Kaur. I ordered the coconut salad, and she was incredibly helpful in guiding me to choose the best option for my taste. Her service was not only friendly but also super fast. I definitely plan to return with my friends and family!🔥🔥
I stop in for lunch every so often when I'm working downtown. All the salads I've tried have been delicious, but I find that the amount of dressing I get on my salads varies wildly depending on the staff who makes them. I say 'medium' every time, but some salads come to me bone dry tasting only of lettuce and others are overly saturated and drip everywhere. It'd be great if there where a few different ladle sizes for the dressing to standardize the servings so that you get the same amount every time.

I tried Coconut chicken with avocado today. This salad is a perfect mix of creamy and crisp. The buttery avocado pairs beautifully with fresh greens and a tangy vinaigrette. Staff were so nice and friendly too!!

Our office always orders lunch from Field & Social (Dunsmuir), and it never disappoints! The team is so friendly (shout out to Davinderjit!), and the food is always fresh and delicious. I could eat their rustic orzo every day and never get tired of it. Highly recommend!
